Is there a way to have the component name change when you replace a part in assemblies?  The actual part name is correct in the assembly navigator, but if you are looking at things in the cue line when you are selecting an item, it will display the original file name before you did the replace.

On the Replace Component dialog, expand Settings and make sure that Name Option is set to Original.
