Hi

I don't know who of you is working with the same shape codes as in BS or SABS. I discovered some confiusions there. When I went to the side to check the reinforcemnt I realised, that the bending was wrong and see in the attachment why

If A is the dimension from center of arc to end of bar and B is the out to out dimension, then for a 90 degree bend, B should be larger than A.

If it is a 90 degree anly then you should be using another shape code such as 51.

Both of the details given for Shape Code 62 should be fine, I think the reference to a 90 degree angle doesn't help. Is the problem that the bars are all bent differently or does the angle not match the structure dimensions?
