Creation of Sulfuric Acid

(OP)
at the process of gas (toxic gas) if we separate water from gas (i mean from the condensate that is separated from gas) is there any probability of creation of Sulfuric Acid?
if yes , how can i review and analyse the manner of decreasing this?

Only if it contains sulfur trioxide or less so sulfur dioxide. Worry about hazardous acid production not so much which acid.
