RE: Expression in Sketch

Hi Lokesh,

It's simple when you know how, but I was puzzled before I found out - before you close the spreadsheet, click Tools > Update Expr

I told you it was simple!

Cheers,

Jon

I have tried it when adding some new data to spreadsheet and click Update Expr in Excel... but its not updated in expressions dialog box........

RE: Expression in Sketch

Maker sure that you've defined the 'Active Range' for the expressions.

What you do is select the cells which contain all of the expression definitions (name and values) and then select the 'Define Expr Rng' function on the 'Add-Ins' tab on the Modeling Spreadsheet.  Now you can select the 'Update NX Part' function, close the Spreadsheet (be sure to save it) and when you return to NX, your new entries should now be there when you open the Expression tool.
