Component array

Component array

John or somebody,

I know my question is a very newbie question, sorry.
How could I show the component array definitions in the ANT?

For example:
I have an assembly with three different component arrays.
Comp_array_1 has 4 screws, comp_array has 8 screws and comp_array has 3 screws.
I know that I can create component groups in the ANT but this is very different from my target.
thanks for your help

RE: Component array

At the moment there's nothing that I'm aware of which would provide anything more that what you've already discovered.  That being said, there is work being done in the next couple of versions of NX which will greatly enhance the 'Patterning' of Components.

Thanks John.
We are beta tester I will see the new features.

RE: Component array

While the bulk of the 'Patterning' project is being released with the next version of NX, that part of the project which will provide the new Component capabilities may not be available in the initial release of the next version.  Just so that you know, it could come in either a maintenance update or perhaps not even until the next general release.
