I have som problems trying to unfold!
i'm using nx 7.5 with nx sheet metal.

Could someone show me how to do this?

Please take a look at my file.

Unfortunately, this is NOT a 'sheet metal' part, at least not with respect to what NX Sheet Metal consider a 'sheet metal' part to be, so thr normal 'Unfold' hasn't got a chance.  If you own the Advanced Sheet Metal module you might have a chance using 'Metaform', but that would be about it.

i've got the advanced sheet metal module and trying to use Metaform but i'm not sure how to use it.

What do i choose for start region, end region and transform geo.?

When i tried to use lofted flange instead of trough curves everything works fine.

But I don't see any bend lines. How do i display bend lines in drafting?

What's the difference between 'Flat Pattern' and 'Flat Solid'?  I'm trying to figure out some flat pattern work as well!

The 'Flat Solid' is just what it says it is, an associative solid body representing the sheetmetal part as a flat 'blank'.

As for the 'Flat Pattern', that is a 2D associative 'wireframe' model as well as automatic 'maufacturing' callout-text (describing the type and angle of each break) as well as properly fonted curves representing the Bend Centerlines, Bend Tangent Lines, Mold Lines, Cutouts, etc, as defined in Customer Defaults.  This set of 2D curves and annotation is created as view-dependent objects in an automatically created custom view which can be used when creating a drawing to show the sheet metal part in it's flattened or 'developed' state, with appropriate annotation.  This can be added to a normal drawing of the 3D solid sheetmetal part shown it in it's formed state, as an additional view showing the the flattened blank (as shown in the attached PDF file).

I have used the flat pattern. I can se the "main lines" but not the bend lines. Under the tab called "flat pattern" everything is checked. And on my picture you can see that I have checked the box called bendlines. But nothing is happening when i check this box.

The 'Bend Lines' are for 'brakes', as in the creation of a flange feature.  What you have it more of a 'developed' flat-pattern where the curved sections are 'un-rolled' rather than being 'un-folded'.  The 'Bend Lines' are where the press-brake tool would be aligned when it 'bends' the metal to form a flange.  In that case of an 'rolled' feature all you have are the tangent curves where it transitions from one curved section to the next.
