New Role
New Role
(OP)
hello...
I have been shortlisted for the post of a "Project Associate" by a company which deals with fire suppression system design for plants and refineries. I have been invited for a technical interview. My role there will be to handle the projects and to work with or to lead a bunch of designers who are good in fire suppression system design. I have experience in process piping design and fabrication (project management)
I want to know what kind of technical questions I can expect from the interviewer(though my job is not all technical)? I would be grateful if you could suggest me some study material or PPT/pdf on this.
Thanks in advance

Also will you be the go between for the designers and project owners?
In that are they going to look to you to trouble shoot and maybe make the decision when problems come up???

Good luck to you in your interview.

Don't try to fake any NFPA code knowledge. Just show how you have used codes and piping specs in the past. Good luck and if you get the job, be careful and learn from the pros before doing anything on your own. Befriend an old timer.
