Hypermesh failure

(OP)
Hello folks,
can someone explain me this eror message: " CQUAD4 element number 105027 references a missing or invalid property number 1." I tried to simulate after having meshed with solid map.
I will be thankful for any help.
Thanks

RE: Hypermesh failure

Hello,

I guess it's in fact one of the reasons mentioned in the error message:

missing       did you move the property into an include file
which is not used any more?

or invalid    did you assign the correct card image to the
              property? (e.g. NOT a PSHELL to a 1D element)
Or didn't you assign a card image at all?

In the last case, what HM does is to write the id of the prop into the CQUAD card, and saves that property information into some comments. Nevertheless without a card, it's not existing
from the Optistruct point of view.
