PSV Servicing

(OP)
What are the minimum details required on a PSV Service Tag?  I always thought they were:  Name of the Service Company, PSV serial number, date tested and set pressure (as long as there were no changes or weld repairs completed).

Where can I find this in a Code?  I've had a quick look in Section VIII, Div. 1 and the NBIC.

Also, where is it specified the technicians doing the PSV servicing must have training and certification from the PSV manufacturer?  Finally, where does it specify the minimum air receiver size for the test stand?

I am having some 'discussions' with a European service company.

Thanks

RE: PSV Servicing

Perhaps ISO 4126-1:2004 (Safety devices for protection against excessive pressure - Part 1: Safety valves)?
