Predicting Destruction Efficiency in a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer

Working on a thermal oxidizer project and need to reconcile a destruction efficiency measurement, however I do not know how to calculate the destruction efficiency.  I am looking for either a rule of thumb for a direct calculation of it, or possibly a rule of thumb kinetic reaction rate for oxidizing hydrocarbons.

Most parameters are known to +/- 5% accuracy (chamber volume, operating temperature, SLA flow and composition, etc., residence time).  I just have no way to estimate the destruction efficiency.  Thanks ahead of time.

I got involved in such a project in the early 2000 but project had to be abandon due to zinc dust entrained in the organic solvents that were to be oxidized.  If you are looking for references check out: chemical engineering february 2,2002 :Comparing thermal oxidizer designs;  Environmental Engineering Hdbk, CRC Press , 2nd Edition: Thermal destruction and catalytic incenerator.
Destruction efficiency is highly dependent on excess air.

You probably should contact the manufacturer. I don't think you can calculate the efficiency. THe efficiency will depend on the type of unit, the application, and the operating parameters.
