Motor Varnish / Epoxy Suggestions

Motor Varnish / Epoxy Suggestions

Hello,

I went through the "search" & FAQ and didn't see what I was looking for.. Any of your help would be greatly appreciated..

Can anyone here make some web site suggestions that I could go to and learn more about various varnishes / epoxies; applications, etc. for dipping or using VPI; process inspections?
Motors/Generators seem to come in a few different colors (black, orange, etc) internally and most of the folks I deal with are rather unscientific about what they are seeing ("the black one's didn't work for us")...
I'm trying to get a better handle on this process..

Thanks in advance,

Desmond

Google Elantis or Von Roll.  They make complete lines of resins for all transformer/motor applications.  They also have application notes regarding the general use of their products.
