Problem with Excel integration with UG NX7.5

Hello,

I am getting a problem while working with Spreadsheets. A speadsheet is opening when we click Tools-->Spreadsheet. But in Spreadsheet, if i click on tools-->Extract Expr, i am getting error. Even i could not create part families also because of this problem.

Could you please suggest a solution for this. I am working on Windows XP 64bit OS.

Thanks in Advance

RE: Problem with Excel integration with UG NX7.5

What version of Excel are you running?  What OS level?

I just tested NX 7.5.3.3 on Windows 7 using MS Office 2007, and Excel had no problems extracting a model's expressions into the spreadsheet.

Hello

OS: WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL 64 BIT 2003.SERVICE PACK-2
Excel 2003,

In one of my collegue's system(having the same configuartion) it is working fine.Could not identify the problem in my system.

Thanks in Advance

RE: Problem with Excel integration with UG NX7.5

that's a problem of your Excel 2003, because it doesn't really support 64bit. There are some workarounds in the web to get Excel 2003 working. But I think its better to switch to win7 64bit and office2007 .
