If anyone could recommend material(s) to meet the following requirements, it would be appreciated:
1. Steel
2. Must be formable (90 degree bend max)
3. 50Ksi yield minimum
4. Corrosion resistance is a non-factor
5. Cost not a hard requirement but cheaper is better
7. Thickness range approximately .050"

HSLA steels are probably the lowest cost option for this strength range.  Official designation is either HSLAS Grade 50 according to ASTM A1011 or 340X according to SAE J2340.
