GD&T Feature Control Frame Formatting

I think this is more a SW question than a GD&T question.

I am trying to make a feature control frame similar to Fig 6-15 (p.106) in ASME Y14.5-2009, perpendicularity of an axis with zero tolerance at MMC with a max tolerance specified.  I can't seem to get the MMC symbol between my zero tolerance and my max tol in a single feature frame.  Any work arounds?

RE: GD&T Feature Control Frame Formatting

Cut and paste in the symbols: <MOD-MMC> for MMC and <MOD-DIAM> for the second diameter symbol.

I'm not quite getting this.  I can't seem to Cut & Paste in the Gtol Property pop-up box.
