Wire rope slings design (ISO 19901-6)

(OP)
ISO 19901-6 uses a bending efficiency factor when a wire rope is bending and a wire rope termination factor for according the type of sling eye. Do I have to consider the bending factor also in the bending of the eye or just the termination factor?
Leonardo.

RE: Wire rope slings design (ISO 19901-6)

As per IMCA, we should check the sling at eye location. Applicable distribution of loading 55-45% as the eye is bent and doubled should be used while checking.
