Sizing an Electronic Power Source

Sizing an Electronic Power Source

Sizing an Electronic Power Source

(OP)
Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have tips in sizing an electronic power source for a production plant?  This power source will be used in our test bay.  It will basically apply the right voltage, current, and frequency for each transformer that we produce.  I just want to know all the factors and variables I need to think about to come up with the right sized EPS.

This is unknown thats why I need to size the power source.  I do not know what I need....but there should be a certain methology that I should follow.  I was thinking I can find the maximum power based on the different routine test.  I have a list of all the tests and max ratings we apply to the transformer...but I dont know if this is the right way to size a source.

"Hz"

Will be 60 Hz.
