Sheet Metal - Jog not Flattening

Sheet Metal - Jog not Flattening

Sheet Metal - Jog not Flattening

(OP)
I have some sheet metal parts that I made by:

Extruding a block
Shelling the block
Split at the corners
Converted to Sheet Metal for each side
Jogged the upper part to create a zero clearance flange

But when I go to "Flatten" that particular piece, the jog remains.

Is there something I am missing? Or is this just the way Jogs behave?

One of the guys here had seen it before.
Turns out the "Jog" was suppressed under the "Flatten" feature at the bottom of the tree.
