Overhead Distribution Line Logger or Profiler

Overhead Distribution Line Logger or Profiler

(OP)
I am looking for a line profiler that logs amps and individual harmonic currents, preferably with the capability of downloading wirelessly. There is a company called Gridsense that has devices called LineTrackers that can be downloaded via receiver/transmitter, but they only record amps; no harmonics. They also provide fault information and waveforms when faults occur, however, no harmonics.

There is another company called Megger that has a similar device called a MDP3 that records harmonics and amps, but no RF download and no fault data. It is also powered by AA batteries with no solar panel so that is a minus. The LineTracker is solar powered so that allows it to stay in the air for as long as you want and the remote download removes the Linemen from the picture except for installation and removal.

Anyone have any other sources for this type of logging device? Mainly I am interesting in current, harmonics, wireless download, and solar powered in that order. And of course, less expensive than what we have at the present time.
thanks
