burner flowrate

burner flowrate

burner flowrate

(OP)
Hi guys!
I've a problem. we have 4 burners installed in a process heater.
I have only the fuel oil pressure (~4,3 kg/cm2) but I don't have the flow rate.

How can I calculate the flowrate for each burner??

Thank you all!
Bye!

RE: burner flowrate

You need the heat release curve for the burner.

RE: burner flowrate

Is there a return flow?

Yes, there's a return flow and it's before the manometer.
Unfortunately the flowmeter doesn't measure the right flow, thus I'm trying to measure the flow using the pressure.
I've found the heat release curve!
