Still making RA 330HC

Still making RA 330HC

(OP)
I have a HK40 tubesheets and tube supports that I want to change to RA 330HC, however, I don't know which ASTM is used to specify them.  Does anyone know if this alloy is still being made? If so, what ASTM spec applies?  I tried contacting Rolled Alloys, but their metallurgists are out of the country.

RE: Still making RA 330HC

I reviewed the RA literature in my possession because we have purchased RA material for coal burner tips.

The RA330 is UNS N08330, which is an ASME/ASTM material in plate form. The high carbon version does appear to be available in their product literature.

The ASTM/ASME product specification for plate is SB 536 and for pipe/tube is SB 535. The maximum carbon content for the N08330 in SB 536 is 0.08, versus 0.05.
