Free Viewer or Addon for .sdt files? We Use Acad 2008 & SW 2011

Free Viewer or Addon for .sdt files? We Use Acad 2008 & SW 2011

(OP)

We were recently given a .std file and because this seems like a one off I was wondering if there might be a viewer or an add on for AutoCAD 2008 or Solidworks Professional 2011 so we can open and print.

This is also in the Bentley: Staad Products but there seems to be little movement in that section.

Thanks in advance

Angus,
I can open the file in STAAD Pro if you want to post the .std file. It is a text input file for a structural analysis program. If you want, I can export a DXF file of the geometry or perhaps a CIS/2 file and then post it for you.
