Analyser DCS configuration

Analyser DCS configuration

Analyser DCS configuration

How to configure the analyser to DCS. Where can we get 4-20mA signal as input to DCS from analyser. Is there any basic concepts available.

RE: Analyser DCS configuration

What kind of analyser do you have, and what signal does it presently output?

SOX - Sulphur. I need the basic concepts of analyzer configuration with dcs

RE: Analyser DCS configuration

Are you asking about a laboratory or an online process sulfur oxide analyzer manufacturer?  It is difficult to estimate the outputs without knowing some details.  The online analyzers normally include a 4-20 mAdc output; and likely an EIA/TIA-485 or Ethernet output.  Lab analyzer options may be fewer.

Is this related to heater stack measurement?

Some analyzers may split the multiple sulfur oxide compound separation.  Some not.

Two 4-20 mAdc signals are likely for the DCS input regardless of the separation.  One output is powered by 24 Vdc from the DCS; another output is powered by the analyzer and requires a DCS input that does not provide the 24 Vdc.

Perhaps you already know the manufacturer and model details; or perhaps this the beginning of your analyzer quest.  Consider explaining more background details.
