Help with converting measurements and dimensions

Help with converting measurements and dimensions

(OP)
Hey, just a quick question. I have drawn up plans for a design, however, i have drawn in mm, as i work in metric. The tools however are in Imperial. That is inches.

Is there a way to convert the dimensions so that it measures in inches, but without redrawing/ scaling my work.

Thanks, Ghillie

EDIT: I have found out how to do it, now i face a larger problem. I need to add dimension to the drawing. But as the size is relatively small, the dimension labels swamp the drawing. how do i increase size of drawing, with altering the dimensions themselves?

RE: Help with converting measurements and dimensions

Ghillie,

Try going to Format/Dimension Styles and changing the text properties to a smaller size font. You should also be able to edit the arrows and extension lines to suit your needs.

Bill
