5 axis tool path for airfoil

5 axis tool path for airfoil

(OP)
Hello Friends,

I would like to generate a toolpath for blade in a 5 axis milling machine with one axis swivel head  (B (-45 to+45drg) and A axis rotary (360drg)). I would like a toolpath it should start with one end of the blade profile and it cut the wall with periphery of the tool and cut the profile with tip of the tool. And it should helically move other end of the blade profile by the time it reach the other end the tool axis is parallel to wall at this end. So that I can cut the wall with periphery of the tool and cut the profile with tip of the tool. Is there any correct method for making toolpath path to finishing the blade . Because I don't know my approach is correct or not and also I could not able to make as I like. Please help me to find some solution of making correct toolpath .

Thanks & Regards
