Wood Column Capacity

Wood Column Capacity

(OP)
I have design capacity tables from the ASD/LRFD Manual for Engineered Wood Construction and it gives ASB Bending Member Capacities for 6in nominal thickness members but it only give 6x6 or bigger.  I am looking for the capacity of a 4x6 wood column.  Anyone know where I can find this info?  Thanks.

RE: Wood Column Capacity

You have stated that you have ASD Bending Member Capacities but your looking for column capacities?  Are you looking for bending or axial or both?  The NDS for wood construction should have all that your looking for.  Different grade/species will have different values.
