Large Diameter Flange Info Required - 60" and Larger

(OP)
I am a piping engineer currently working on Feed Gas lines in the excess of NPS 60" to 78" diameter steel piping.  ASME B16.47 only covers flanges up to 60" and therefor I am struggling to find info regarding the 'length through hub' and weight of large diameter flanges.

I would truly appreciate if feedback regarding sources covering these large diameter flanges could be forwarded.

Regards,

Erhard

You will have to talk to a fabricator of these and other such things.  Standard only covers up to 60" because after that size, there is no standard.

Looks like you did manage to get a scan of it before it disintegrated.

Really?  I built the first pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico from the deck of the Merrimack before they iron cladded it.

RE: Large Diameter Flange Info Required - 60" and Larger

Just a joke, don't be grumpy.
I digitalized all this rubbish since 7 years ago.
Now I've got 2 dvd's full of (mostly) piping info.
Thank you for the stars,
I don't deserve it.

RE: Large Diameter Flange Info Required - 60" and Larger

You will have to get a custom flange for 78" "Industry Standard"  as seen in the Lumas paper above.  Both these flange companies linked below can make your flanges.  if you have any quantity you should be able to get good pricing.   The cost used to be based on the capacity of the ring shop. In other words if you bought a days or two day production you got a good price.

€pipe,
I thought my smiley face was ON.
Everyone gets some when they don't deserve them and not enough when they do.
