Rendering SolidWorks optical parts in POVRay

Rendering SolidWorks optical parts in POVRay

(OP)
We're currently developing a shareware tool called SolidRay for exporting SolidWorks part and assembly files to POVRay format for rendering.  We're especially interested in supporting the photon-mapping function of POVRay since it leads to more optically realistic rendering for glass, acrylic, and other optical materials.

The plugin is currently in a beta state and is available for free download here:

Download and use of this application is at your own risk.  Rawthought provides no warranty as to the utility or application of this beta plugin. We welcome your feedback.
