Can anybody explain why steam can float the bucket but condensate cannot to do that. Whats the effect of pressure and density differences between steam and condensate in this steam trap...
If it is possible please explain with Newton second law and mathematical way.

It's Archimedes - not Newton.  Google for the Spirax web site for how steam traps work.

Another key point is steam won't float the bucket, it is the other way round.

Suggest you search for Spirax Sarco, Gestra and Armstrong websites and learn.

I agree, check out Spirax.  Condensate floats the float in a bucket trap to trap the condensate.  I would use an F&T trap myself.
