adiabatic analysis

(OP)
Hi,

i work on a problem in which we must take into account the heat generated by plastic deformation of a material.i.e, the temperature of the material is just increasing as it is inelasticly deformed. Once the simulation started  i encountered this type of error: ** TOO MANY ATTEMPTS MADE FOR THIS INCREMENTS .. i already try to change the number of increments for the step, without much success ...

could anyone tell me more about this ? thanks in advance.

i also changed the amplitude of the force applied to deformed the materials, but also without success...

RE: adiabatic analysis

Dear Flight22,

Which simulation software are you using?
