Hi all,
I am in the market for a new pc and would like a laptop suitable for SW10. I've been told I cant go wrong with Dell's precision m90, though its not a newer model. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with the m90, or any laptop with solidworks?

The link provided by Nella95 is a great starting point.  Just keep in mind that the M90 was discontinued by Dell several years ago.  We standardize on Dell Precision laptops, and we have been very happy with them overall.  Just make sure your video card and video driver match what's on the SolidWorks approved list:
