ASCE 7-05 Figure 6-18B Open Buildings

Hey all,

I am designing a multitude of open park structures and have came up with a quick question regarding ASCE 7-05 Figure 6-18B.  There are two different load cases (A&B) to consider when determining C_NW and C_NL.  Do I simply need to check the loading twice to determine my worst load condition?  Once using Load Case A coefficients and once using Load Case B coefficients.  Any help on this matter would be greatly apprciated.

Thanks!

That plus Figure 6-18D.

Ron,

You aren't saying to add that to my perpendicular to ridge checks, you are just saying that I need to check the parallel to ridge case right?

That is right.
