Attaching a boot with a pair of flanges to shell.

Attaching a boot with a pair of flanges to shell.

(OP)
I have a Gas Boot (90" dia) that sits on top of a horizontal vessel.  To achieve this, I want to add a 90" nozzle with a flange and then a vertical shell.  Top of the shell will be closed with a semiellipsoidal head.

Can somebody help me how to do that in Compress?

RE: Attaching a boot with a pair of flanges to shell.

You can model the gas boot section separately especially since it is flanged.  I do not know of a way to include the horizontal vessel and the gas boot in one model.
