Spirals

(OP)
I was looking to make a simple 2D spiral. I needed it to be about 6 loops. I made one using points and the spline command. The spiral did not come out perfect, seemed a little uneven. Is there a command to make a perfect spiral.

Thanks
Mike

RE: Spirals

You can get a 3D spring(sprial) by following the following steps:
1.  Draw a donut.
2.  Slice the donut along a diameter, keep both halves.
3.  Rotate the two halves in opposite directions for an equal angle, let's say 10 degrees.
4.  Array the result.

Good luck!
