Abaqus Surface Cohesive zone

(OP)
Hi,
i am a novice ABAQUS user , i have a Rechtangular 3D Model (elastic Plastic)  of  4 hexagonal grains with different Poisson's Ratio and Modulus of Elasticitis, the target is cohesive zone model (Traction-Separation Law) ,Mode I

for the cohesive zone i created the contact  interactions, Mechanical --> Tangential behavior, surface to surface contact (standart ) as the type and initial as the step.
hier are my input parameters :

1.   I inserted  Yield strength ,and  0.2% plastic strain ,  in  Edit Material dialog box for each grain as parameter :for exampel grain Nr.1 has the parameters :

                                   Yield strength           plastic strain
                                        400                                0
                                        500                               0.002

 butt i don't know it's correct or not ????

2. I used a cohesive surface interaction and I set the cohesive behavior and damage properties  :

*Cohesive Behavior
8.43e8, 8.43e8, 8.43e8
*Damage initiation, criterion=QUADS
175., 175., 175.
*Damage Evolution, type=ENERGY, mixed mode behavior=BK, power=2.284
0.1,0.1,0.1
*Damage Stabilization
1e-05
*Friction
0.0,

when i run i get these error :

Please can any one help me in that and thank you in advanced.
