C-Clean as Cleaning agent in Combined Feed Heat Exchanger

(OP)
We are planning to chemical clean our Combined Feed Heat Exchanger in the Reforming Unit this year. We are considering the use of C-Clean to remove suspected poly-nuclear aromatics deposited in the HE. With this, we would like to know, if you have, experience in using this material in cleaning heat exchangers. Is it effective?

THank you very much!
