Can anyone help me identify the model numbers of the on load tap changers pictured below.  One is an old Westinghouse, the other is a G.E. (LRT-38?) I have no operating manual for either, and haven't been able to locate these manuals anywhere.

Usually, one can ask the manufacturer of the transformer to look up the LTC type from the transformer serial number.
