Kinetics in PFTR fopr rxn with non conventional components

(OP)
Hi,

I am pretty new to modelling with aspen, just got through into it as a graduate. I want wondering if it is possible to use kinetics for nonconventional solid components in a PFTR in aspen. Each time I set it up the flowsheet solved with a conversion of 0. I can set up kinetics with conventional components and get it working just fine. But when it comes to nonconv.solid-->conventional component I just can't get it working.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Aaron
