Pack N Go prefix not working?

Pack N Go prefix not working?

Pack N Go prefix not working?

(OP)
Hello all,
When I do a Pack n Go for my assembly and add a prefix to the files it does NOT add the prefix to the file names in the assembly tree.  If I open the parts in the assembly tree the name does have the prefix on it.  I do not understand why this is happening.

Thanks,
BB

RE: Pack N Go prefix not working?

Go to Tools > Options > System Options > External References and select Update component names when documents are replaced

A Ctrl Q is also often needed after a name change.
