HI all

I am using 5axis horizontal machining ceneter (X,Y,Z,B,A) to cut a fillet arround the boss with short lenth ball nose endmill. In this case to avoid gouging on the part all 5 axis (X,Y,Z,B,A) should move am I rite.I tried with mult multiaxis  variable contour and contour profile but I failed.
Can any one give an idea?

Can't read the part (at home) but... sounds like Contour Profile or SeqMill if that fails from what I'm reading.

In Variable Contour there is a field for setting the tools lean away from the drive surface to keep shank/holder clear.
