Cooling System Simulation / Water Pump Control

(OP)
Hello everyone!

I´m currently working on a simulation for a cooling system of a Fuel Cell Vehicle. I already got the basics layed out, like Radiator, Bypass, Ventilator, etc... Now my pump is supposed to be an electric pump controled by a central electronic module. I´m trying to design the logic for the pump, but I´m having a lot of troube, since I don´t have any experience with it. Can any of you maybe point me in the right direction?
Thanks

I´m sending a PDF with a printout of what I have so far.
