Multi-battery design

(OP)
Hi

I need to load banks of batteries OPZS (850 Ah c100) with one diesel generator of 60 kW.

The time of load foreseen is 6 hours a day.

Can someone recommend to me the most suitable system of load?

Thanks

RE: Multi-battery design

Your question does not make sense.  You don't "load" batteries with a generator.

A generator and chargers of batteries.

 Thank you

The aim is to take advantage of a power not used in the generator to load batteries.

The problem is that it is a lot of power the generated one. We would need banks of batteries and a suitable system of load.

This it is the problem.

I do not know if the problem is understood well

Thanks

RE: Multi-battery design

I'm not sure why you selected your batteries prior to designing the system.

While not specifically suitable, a UPS has the architecture that you desire:

http://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/Backup-Power-UPS/Data-Center-Facility/default.aspx

Just bear in mind that a UPS is typically specified for 10 minutes of operation at full capacity, so you'd still need the equivalent of 36 30kW UPS systems to store a my assumed 50% excess, which you have not specified.  I would suggest that you contact someone and have them configure a customized installation.

The depth of discharge is low in the SAI. I think we need many items.

Is not it better to use lead acid batteries with high discharge depth?

 Thanks
