Where to publish composite jobs

I need to replace two key composites engineers in my team which are being taken by one of the two mayor aeronautical manufacturers. It is never easy to replace an expert with 10 to 20 years of experience and I'm frustrated with the candidates up to date.

I was wondering if there is any composites dedicated job search engine or specialized headhunters. Tips are very welcome.

RE: Where to publish composite jobs

There is a jobs link at the top of this page. There are websites and search firms that specialize in composites but since they compete in this area with eng-tips I think it would be inappropriate to mention them here. Plus I don't know how good they really are. I find that networking is the best way to find a job or employees. Professional societies like SAMPE are a good place to network.

Thanks for the tip. Haven't noticed the JOBS section here. It looks pretty interesting. Will probably post there.
Thanks!

RE: Where to publish composite jobs

LinkedIn seems to be building momentum on the networking front and a little bit of virtual 'pressing the flesh' on this Facebookesque site wouldn't do any harm.
