Tapped hole Callout

Tapped hole Callout

(OP)
I'm trying to insert a tapped hole callout in a drawing but not having much success. Following the help file but I'd like to get a proper callout. Also, can I can't find an option for a metric helicoil. Is this option available in releases after NX6.0?

RE: Tapped hole Callout

Delete the old Dimensions and then go to...

Tools -> Drafting Standard...

...and change the Standard to 'ASME(Shipped)'.

Now go back to your drawing and select...

Insert -> Dimension -> Feature Parameters...

...and expand the navigator tree until you see the threaded hole features (there should be a pair of them with the same name but different icons).  Select them both, press MB2 and then select the Drawing view where you wish to see the Callout placed and then hit OK.
