I have one specific part that every time it is opened for some reason there are two design trees. One is in the normal position but the other is under it. I didn't pay much attention to it until I was trying to put a relative view in the drawing and the second is stopping it from letting me choose what I want to view. Any Ideas?

Grab the horiz line that splits them and drag it down to the bottom.

Can you post a quick snap shot of what that looks like as any of the above option can be a solution but depends on what you have over there.
