Viscosity of API 22?

Viscosity of API 22?

Viscosity of API 22?

(OP)
Hi,

I need to know what the approximate viscosity of API 22 oil would be.  there are limited resources on the internet that i can find.  Is it similar to #6 oil where the viscosity can vary widely?  I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I am not in the industry. any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
warren

RE: Viscosity of API 22?

API gravity is a density measurement but inversely proportional to other density units.  API gravity is not a viscosity measurement although some relationship likely exists.  I am sure that others can provide more detail.
