Open Hap Wheather Files

(OP)
Hi everyone,

I need to have access to the expected Outside Temperatures for each hour, everyday, for every months.

I'm using HAP software, and I have the simulation wheather files for the cities that I need.

However, I don't know how to have access to the design temperatures of each city. I supose that these *.HW1 files have the expected Outside temperatures for every hour of every day of evey months of the year...

Is there a way to have this information, using the Hap software or anyother software/web page??

Thanks in advance.

RE: Open Hap Wheather Files

Which type of HAP license you have, thermal loads calculations only, or additional module with energy audit abilities?

When I need very detailed information you mentioned, I try to reach available of my local country meteorological data, but it was several years ago I had such business last time.

I beleive they ask some fee to provide detailed report.

RE: Open Hap Wheather Files

If you download eQuest software,  I think there is a link in there to download weather data.  I also think you can review it using the software.

RE: Open Hap Wheather Files

You could also get weather data from the DOE Energy Plus site, TMY2 and TYM3, and delimited.
