HEC-RAS - Joining multiple files

Looking for a process to join several HEC-RAS files together for a system wide evaluation.  Some way to take stream reach cross-sections and combine with other reaches without doing manual input.  Can anyone help?

RE: HEC-RAS - Joining multiple files

HEC-RAS files are plain text.  You can copy-paste if you know what you're reading.

RE: HEC-RAS - Joining multiple files

You can export your data in gis format and import.  That way you keep you spacially correct system, if that is what you have.  Then add in junctions.

RE: HEC-RAS - Joining multiple files

Just wanted expand a little further on gbams thread. If you have a number of geo referenced models you can combine the models with relative simplicity.

When you're in the geometric data, select file, import geometry data and follow the steps from there. A bit relatively straight forward work would be required to get the model up and running properly.

Thank you gbam and Ryb01, I need to absorb and explore this option before I have any more questions.
