Information on Jim Feuling's Exhaust Cam Design

I posted a thread on this but cannot seem to find it.  Mods please delete if duplicate.

I am looking for information on a cam shaft design credited to Jim Feuling.  The design incorporates an extra valve opening event prior to the main valve opening to promote cylinder evacuation.  I understand it did little to aid in its inteded purpose but it did make the 4 cylinder Quad 4 motor sound like an 8 cyclinder.

Anyone have more information on this?

Thanks Evelrod... I have seen this info before... not able to find anything on the cam though.  I hear there was a Road&Track article on it.
