How to flatten 1/6 of the sphere

How to flatten 1/6 of the sphere

How to flatten 1/6 of the sphere

(OP)
Hello all,

The question is: how to flatten 1/6 of the sphere (see attached prt file)? I know, that it is impossible to flatten it theoricaly, but I think there is a way to flatten it approximatley. Is it possible to to this job in NX?
The material we are going to use is kind of foam, so approximated flat pattern should suit to us.

Thanks.
