New Workstations

(OP)
We are looking at new workstations for our CAD designers/engineers and have been asked to look at thin client machines. We currently have some Dell R5400/FX100 machines with Nvidia FX4600 graphics cards, 8GB memory running XP-64. New machines would be running Win7-64.

Are there any machines for high-end CAD work that offer the same level of secutiry that we get from the R5400/FX100 systems with equal performance for CAD?
